Maintenance method

1. Whether it is a large excavation or a small excavation, try to walk as short a distance as possible. Long-term walking distance will damage the running wheels of the excavator. When walking, try to make the road as flat as possible, especially if you often walk uphill and have a slow gear. You must use slow gear, and use hooks when necessary. Don't let the walking have too much compound, which will hurt the walking.

2. The planetary gearbox must be filled with gear oil. After the first use, the gear oil should be replaced every three months. After that, the gear oil should be replaced every one year according to different working conditions. After the traveling motor has been running for a period of time, the back cover of the gear box should be removed, the wear of the gear box should be checked regularly, and maintenance should be carried out in a timely manner.

3. During the operation of the traveling motor, the working conditions of the system oil circuit and motor gear oil should be frequently checked. If any abnormal increase in system pressure, leakage of the traveling motor, abnormal temperature rise, vibration noise or abnormal pressure pulsation is found, the machine should be stopped immediately. Find out the cause and repair it in time.

 
Theory

Traveling motors generally use high-speed motors plus planetary reducers or cycloidal pinwheel reducers, and the control of the circuit of the hydraulic motor part has its own characteristics. The motor is equipped with a high-pressure automatic variable device. When the high-speed gear is engaged, the circuit is connected to the manual transmission oil port to supply oil, pushing the transmission valve to the left, causing the motor to change to a small displacement; if the driving resistance increases, the oil pressure will rise to When the value is set, the oil pushes the transmission valve to move to the right, and the motor automatically changes to a large-displacement low-speed gear to increase torque. Therefore, this kind of motor can automatically change gears as the walking resistance changes.
