Product Description
Main control valve is the hydraulic core of excavator, controls boom, arm, bucket, swing and travel. This valve is designed for 30-ton heavy-duty working condition, widely used in earthwork, quarry and hammer work.

Available options:
✅ Used original valve (good second hand, no cylinder boring, low spool wear, pressure tested, no internal leakage, no boom dropping)
✅ Remanufactured valve: new seals, new relief valves, spool grinded, pressure calibrated before shipment

• Release hydraulic system pressure: Turn off engine and pull all operating levers several times to release residual pressure. Disconnect power supply for safety.
• Remove distribution valve: Gradually remove hydraulic lines and mark them to avoid wrong connections. Remove fixing bolts and carefully extract the distribution valve.
• Check installation location: Clean the installation area to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system. Check pipes and joints for damage or leaks.
• Install new distribution valve: Connect hydraulic pipes according to original configuration. Replace sealing rings to ensure proper sealing. Tighten fixing bolts securely.
• Fill hydraulic oil: Check hydraulic oil level and add if necessary. Start engine and run at idle speed while checking for leaks.
