  • Check for iron filings or copper filings on filter elements during maintenance
  • Shorten replacement cycles when using breakers due to accelerated hydraulic oil deterioration
  • Avoid prolonged operation without oil and ensure proper air bleeding after component replacement
  • Maintain waterproofing - avoid deep water operation and direct water contact with electrical components
  • Periodically replace gear oil in slewing reducer and traveling reducer
  • Daily inspection of structure for cracks and deformation
  • Park excavator on solid, stable, hard surfaces away from rivers, cliffs, or hillsides
  • When parking, fully retract bucket cylinder and lower bucket to ground to prevent cylinder damage
