Theory
The excavator solenoid valve group is an important component of the excavator hydraulic system, which is used to control the flow and pressure of hydraulic oil. The solenoid valve group consists of one or more solenoid valves, each of which has an electromagnet and a valve body.
The working principle of the solenoid valve is based on the interaction between electromagnetic force and hydraulic force. When the coil of the solenoid valve is energized, the electromagnet generates an electromagnetic field, which attracts the iron core in the valve body, thereby changing the valve position in the valve body. The change in the position of the valve affects the flow path of the hydraulic oil and the opening and closing of the channel, thereby controlling the movement of the hydraulic actuator (such as a hydraulic cylinder).
Specifically, the excavator solenoid valve group usually adopts the form of a two-position, three-position or multi-position two-way, three-way or multi-way valve. In the hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil flows through the channel in the valve body, and the flow direction and the connection and disconnection of the channel are determined by the position of the valve.
Take the two-position two-way solenoid valve as an example, it consists of an electromagnet and a valve body. When the electromagnet is not energized, the valve is in a closed state, and the hydraulic oil cannot flow through the channel of the valve body. When the electromagnet is energized, the magnetic field generated by the electromagnet will attract the iron core in the valve body, causing the valve to open and the hydraulic oil to flow smoothly through the channel of the valve body.
The three-position two-way solenoid valve has one more position, which can realize the switching between the two channels. In excavators, the commonly used three-position two-way solenoid valve is used to control the extension and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder.
In addition, the solenoid valve group usually includes some additional components, such as pressure sensors, oil circuit valves, etc., which are used to monitor and adjust the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system.
In summary, the working principle of the excavator solenoid valve group is to control the opening and closing state of the solenoid valve, change the flow path and channel connection of the hydraulic oil, and thus control the movement of the hydraulic actuator in the hydraulic system. Different types of solenoid valve groups can realize different hydraulic control functions to meet the needs of excavators under different working conditions.
